Have a Great Summer Twin Groves! We can’t believe the year is over already!! We would like to give a big thank you to our 2013-14 chairpersons and volunteers. The PTO mission is to support the educational, academic, community and social activities of Twin Groves Middle School and School District 96. We wouldn't be successful without all of you! The many hands make the work easier.

Twin Groves Needs YOU!!!! We still need to fill a few chairperson positions for next year. We need 1 more person to help chair each of the following committees: Gym Uniforms, our new Catalog Fundraiser, Book Fair, and School Supplies. Locker Set Up and PTO Volunteer Sign-up for 2014-15Most of our Committees will need volunteers for their events next year, and the PTO will need volunteers to help with Locker Set-up Day on August 19th. Our on-line volunteer sign-up is currently available by clicking on this LINK.
Class PartiesAs an end-of-year treat for the students, the PTO sponsors 8th Grade Ice Cream Day and PTO Lunch for the 6th and 7th Grades. The 8th Graders were provided with concrete mixers from Culver's on their last full day of school, May 30th. The 6th and 7th Graders will be getting lunch from Wiener Take All and custard from Culver's on June 9th (this date was changed due to the added snow days this year). Both events are paid for and organized by the PTO!
PTO PurchasesWhat does the PTO do with the money it raises? The PTO uses it's funds to purchase items that benefit Twin Groves students and staff. This year PTO dollars went toward:
- New uniforms for Poms
- A Contract with an artist to paint a mural at Twin Groves
- New Projection System
- Blue Ribbon Celebration
- 4 Cultural Arts Assemblies
- Sports supplies for the Twin Groves Athletic Department
- Donation to the American Cancer Society (Winter Bash Proceeds)
- Staff Appreciation and Hospitality treats for the Twin Groves staff
- Class Parties for the students
- Gift from Class of 2014
