It was a busy week at Twin Groves!  We hope the students enjoyed the special lunch from Original Bagel.  Magazine Sales are in full swing, and we had our first Community Fundraiser this week at Red Mango.  Thanks to everyone who came out to support Twin Groves and enjoy some frozen yogurt.  Also, Spirit Wear is finally ready for its debut, so see below for more details....

Spirit Wear is Here!  Now you can order Twin Groves Spirit Wear to wear on Spirit Fridays or any day!  We have t-shirts, sweatshirts, and sweatpants.  Check out the order form to see what they look like.  Orders are due by October 18.  Click here for the order form.

Magazine Sales second turn in is next Thursday!  We hope your children are busy selling magazine subscriptions and renewals.  This fundraiser allows us to do extra things for our school, and there are incentives for the students who participate.  This year there will be extra incentives when subscriptions are ordered on-line.  To order directly, just click on this Link , or you can go to www.gaschoolstore.com and order through the account number provided (# 2537538).  For more information Click here.  

Calling all runners!! It's time to register for the third annual District 96 Dash.  This event is great for the whole family (walkers and strollers are welcome too).  The Dash will take place on October 6th.  Starting time is 8:30 am, but you can pick up your packet and t-shirt starting at 7:30 am. This popular fundraiser will support the District 96 Kids in Need Fund.  Registration fees are $20/runner or $60 for a family of 4 or more, but early bird registration ends this weekend.  Fees increase to $25/person on Monday 9/23.  Select the link here to register.

We still have some checkbooks left from our Checkbook Fundraiser. These make great gifts!  Simply send in a check for $35 made out to Twin Groves PTO in an envelope marked “Checkbook”  with your student’s name, and it will be sent home with your child.  For more information and the complete list of vendors Click here.

Box Tops for Education Did you know that Twin Groves collects Box Tops for Education?  There is a collection box in the office, so you can send them in anytime.
